Large-Size Medical Practices: We're flexible in how we design your help desk solution. We can use your people or our professionals; your location or our site and your existing help desk tools or Maxwell IT's tools. Regardless of the resources used, Maxwell IT delivers knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient help desk support. Hospitals: Maxwell IT can also supply contracted resources to strengthen your support offering if your hospital already has a help desk in place but requires additional skill sets. Remote Support: Maxwell IT provides comprehensive remote support for your medical practice staff. Whether you're in the practice or at the hospital, we support you. We remotely attach to your staff's PC's or Servers and provide Level 2 support. Our team troubleshoots hardware and software issues as well as install and/or upgrade software. On-Site Support: Maxwell IT provides on-site or field support to clinics on a regular basis. Within the coverage area we will work directly, in-person to resolve technical and application-related issues. Our certified and experienced engineers are not only knowledgeable, but they are also friendly and courteous. 24/7 Premier Support: At Maxwell IT, we recognize the special needs of physicians and practice staff and the demanding schedules which require them to be on call at all times. While the majority of our support is handled during regular business hours, Maxwell IT does not charge additional fees to provide coverage to our managed clients after/before hours or on weekends or holidays.
