Here’s how it works:
Session One: “Build an EHR Cost/Savings Model”
Session one focuses on identifying the value of buying an EHR for your practice. We build a five-year cost and savings model to help determine the return-on-investment
specific to your practice and specialty.
We include not just the direct licensing and equipment costs, but all of the indirect costs associated with the purchase. We then calculate savings related to your practice and the way you practice medicine.
Building a five-year cost model will help you plan effectively for your EHR purchase.
Session Two: “Learning the Best Approach for EHR Selection”
Session two identifies the best approach for selecting an EHR. Your practice needs drive the direction of the evaluation process. We identify selection criteria based not just on product features, but on the strength of the company itself. We help you identify the best process, criteria, and “must-have” features for your practice.
Using the Request for Proposal (RFP) methodology, we’ve created a simple, 90-120 day
approach to get you through the decision process. This approach minimizes down time away the practice. Upon completing the second session, you will receive our EHR Selection Handbook, to help get you started.
